. . . and which countries are missing . . .

As of today’s date (28 February 2024) there are 695 researchers in the Global Academy, based in 84 different countries – this is terrific growth from what was just an idea in 2018.

However, despite our great success in attracting researchers from around the globe to join us, there are still a few countries from which we don’t have any representation – perhaps you could be the first from one of these:

  • Afghanistan
  • Bahrain
  • Bolivia
  • Bulgaria
  • Costa Rica
  • Croatia
  • Iceland
  • Kazakstan
  • Morocco
  • Peru
  • Qatar
  • Slovakia
  • Sri Lanka
  • or any of the 3 Baltic states (Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania)…

There are, of course, also a number of smaller countries and territories from which we have no researchers but the important thing is you will always be welcomed no matter where you are based!

Sign up for your own page here and if you know researchers contributing to the SDGs based anywhere in the list above do invite them to be the first in their country.
