Environmental, Sustainability and Governance (ESG) reporting is becoming an important part of an organisation’s annual review cycle. This is a welcome improvement on the ‘owners take all’ attitude of previous generations and perhaps you have been involved in an ESG Strategy process yourself?

Our workshops can change attitudes and behaviours
Our simulation workshops use the framework of the UN 2030 Sustainable Development Goals to give your team the experience of ‘running the world’ from now to 2030 and beyond. The sessions are energetic and interactive with teams running projects and trading money, skills and time to achieve their own objectives as well as a balanced world. It’s a challenging experience delivering, attitude shifts and long-term behaviour changes for the teams who take part.
It’s also a whole LOT of fun!
The workshop takes place over 2.5 – 3 hours for 20 to 48 people so it’s ideal for team days, away days and as part of a conference programme. When included in a full day programme it is a great counter-balance either to a more serious session or to build on a very relaxed morning activity to show your team new ways to work together. It also provides and reinforces the language and concepts your team will need for further workplace discussions and programmes.
Take it outside around the campfire
To add to the fun and build even stronger relationships for your team we can run the workshop ‘outdoors and unplugged’ in an Oxfordshire woodland. We find teams reflect on experiences even more effectively around a campfire and being outside in the summer just makes everything better 🌞.
