Research Focus

I am Assistant Professor at Delhi University, teaching Climate Change, Sustainable Development and Disaster Management to Graduate students. I have completed my Ph.D. at Jawaharlal Nehru University, where my research focused on “Natural Resource Management and Sustainable Livelihoods: A case study of Drought Prone Areas in Maharashtra.” Under the supervision of Professor Sachindanand Sinha, my research involved extensive fieldwork, data analysis, and the application of GIS and remote sensing technologies for data-driven decision-making.
