PhD candidate in Science and Technology Policy by the Department of Science and Technology Policy (DPCT) of the University of Campinas (Unicamp). Researcher at the Laboratory of Public Sector Studies of School of Applied Science (LESP), the Innovation Policies Analysis Group (GAPI) and Human Rights Group at Unicamp. Has Master’s Degree in Aplied Human e Social Sciences and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy Management from Unicamp. Research areas are: Sustainable Development; Analysis of Public Policies and Institutions; Actors, Governance and Decision-making; Science, Technology and Society; Higher education.
