Research to support the achievement of the UN Global Goals
Here at The Global Academy we found that some of the first researchers to join us are finding a bit of a problem. How do you know where your research fits within the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (Global Goals) framework?
You can see the goals and targets on other researchers’ pages here.
To make it easier to see where your work fits, and which targets and goals you should select for your own researcher page, we’ve developed a new resource on our website to help out. The page lists all the goals, and then individual targets behind each goal, all on a single page.
You know your research – let us support you in deciding where it fits
When you join The Global Academy the online form will help your choose the targets and goals for your research. This public page will help you understand how the goals and targets fit together before you begin.
The page will be useful even if you already know what goals you’re working towards; you can use the page to decide which targets within those goals your research is helping the world to achieve.
You know your research better than anyone else which is why you’re best placed to decide where it fits within the Global Goals framework. We’re hoping that this new resource will help you understand where your research fits, and encourage you to take the next step and join The Global Academy.
There’s a big red button at the top of every page on the website and building your own page will only take 15-30 minutes.
